These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the 10+ Games mobile application and the website at tenplusgames.com (together, the “Service”), operated by Spiritual Me LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who the Service is for

10+ Games is designed for children ages 6 and up and is distributed in Apple’s Kids Category. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a child’s use of the Service and for any purchases made through the App Store.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store terms.

3. Purchases

Optional in-app purchases (such as unlocking content) are processed by Apple. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Apple’s policies. A parental gate may appear before purchases or outbound links.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, abuse, or interfere with the Service; attempt to circumvent parental controls or safety features; or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including games, artwork, logos, and branding, is owned by Spiritual Me LLC or its licensors. “10+ Games” and related marks are used to identify the Service. You may not copy or redistribute our content except as allowed by law.

6. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPIRITUAL ME LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
